Abstract:Objective: To explore the law of acupoint selection in modern clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of dyslipidemia. Methods: referring to the subject words related to dyslipidemia and acupuncture in the medical thesaurus (mesh) and combining them, the literature of acupuncture treatment of dyslipidemia from January 1979 to December 2019 in CNKI, VIP database, Wanfang database, sinomed and PubMed database was searched by computer and analyzed statistically. Results: 164 qualified documents were selected, involving 92 Acupoints, and 916 times of use. The commonly used acupoints are Zusanli, Fenglong, Sanyinjiao, Zhongwan, Neiguan, Pishu, Tianshu, Ganshu, Shenshu and Taichong. The meridians and collaterals were mainly the stomach meridian of Foot Yangming, bladder meridian of foot Taiyang, renmai and spleen meridian of foot Taiyin; the lower limbs and chest abdomen of the selected points were mainly selected; the acupuncture method was mainly acupuncture therapy. The analysis of association rules shows that the highest correlation among acupoints is Sanyinjiao Zusanli and Fenglong Zusanli. Through cluster analysis, six clusters can be obtained.Conclusion:: Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of dyslipidemia focuses on the combination of near and far, acupoint selection along the meridians, and the combination with syndrome.
