目的 了解中医药治疗高血压的研究现状及热点,为该领域的研究者提供相关信息。方法 以Web of Science核心数据库和中国知识资源总库(CNKI)为数据源,运用CiteSpace 5.7.R2科学知识图谱工具绘制、分析相关数据。结果 Web of Science核心数据库纳入841篇文献,CNKI数据库纳入3182篇文献,经分析得到国际与国内的发文量最多的作者分别是XING JIANG XIONG和吕圭源;发表论文的作者较为分散,国际13位核心作者累计发文150篇,仅占17.84%,国内120位核心作者累计发文671篇,占21.67%;研究机构主要为中医药高等院校及附属医院。关键词聚类呈现三个研究热点:①中医药治疗高血压临床疗效观察;②中医药治疗高血压的生物学机制;③数据挖掘中医药治疗高血压临床用药规律。结论 中医药治疗高血压的发文量整体呈上升趋势,中国在该领域占国际主导地位,但各机构、团队之间合作不够密切。随着研究范围的扩充和研究层次的深入,研究机构应加强合作,打破研究壁垒,形成新型知识共享、难点共破的学术氛围。
